I will be honest here.. One thing I really love about yoni/pelvic herbal steam is...libido. :) Wow, the beautiful warm... plant infused steam is enlivening and awakening. And here's the thing...libido isn't just about sexuality, its about mind/body/spirit creativity and vitality. Steams are NOT a new fad! I started using the Shakti Spa V-Steam after being diagnosed with ovarian cysts. The cysts were so painful at times... that I couldn’t even stand upright - no joke! I’m an entrepreneur, and being laid up in bed for days at a time isn’t an option … but neither were the invasive surgery or pills my gynecologist suggested to alleviate the pain … So I called my friend Lisa, a doula and Goddess in charge of all things reproductive, and asked for help.
